Determines the offset to the invoking item by number of columns

Description

If this object is located using POPUP_LOCATE logic (or auto_locate_state is true), it will pop up to the right of the invoking item by the number of columns in the Column_Offset property and below it by the number of rows in row_offset. This property may have a negative, as well as positive, value. The offset is stated as a number of characters, these being of an averaged size for the font currently in effect.

Default is 2.
