Set after each item of this object that you wish to be a checkbox

Description
The Checkbox_item message should be set after each item of this object that you wish to be a checkbox. All field values other than TrueVal will set the item's select_state false on entry_display. If FalseVal is omitted, 0 will be used. If TrueVal also is omitted, 1 will be used for that parameter by default.
