If true, clearing this object will cause the focus to be given to the first object and item in the current parent-child hierarchy

Description

If Auto_Top_Panel_State is True, clearing this object (using Request_Clear or Request_Clear_All) will cause the focus to be given to the first object and item in the current parent-child hierarchy.
