Initiailizes the main DSO (main_DD) with the record that was in the buffer when the view initialization began and causes the view to appear to "latch" on to the last record used

Description

The Seed_data_sets message is set when main_DD has been set and view_latch_state is true. By default it initiailizes the main DSO (main_DD) with the record that was in the buffer when the view initialization began. This causes the view to appear to "latch" on to the last record used. This can be augmented to customize the contents of the DSO (and also their attached DEOs).
