Add a Configuration Flag for Designer Mode

Please add a configuration option to tell the Studio to load the newly opened component automatically in designer mode or not. If not checked, the designer should only be invoked when the user presses F7. In the current situation, if you open 20 files that are recognized as modelable components, you will have 40 tab pages added to the tabbed interface.

This has been addressed in several ways over several revisions:

1. Components now only open in the Designer or Code Editor, not both.
2. A configuration option for this was added under:
3. Tools > Configure Studio > Editor tab > Always open files in the Editor by default (not the designer).
